What to Expect

We welcome you to a full day of skiing adventure at Jahorina Olympic Mountain from Sarajevo. Here is what we can offer to make your skiing skills shine after one great day of ski instructions. This tour is an instant confirmation.

Inclusions:

  • Round-Trip Transfers: Convenient two-way transportation from Sarajevo to Jahorina and back (pickup and drop off at guests address in Sarajevo).
  • Ski Lessons: Two hours of expert instruction tailored to your skill level (optionally extend to three or four hours in a day).
  • Ski Equipment Rental: Includes skis, boots, and poles. Helmet is included too.
  • Ski Pass: Access to beginner-friendly slopes, perfect for starting your skiing adventure (available to upgrade to main ski tracks if you are not a beginner).

Optional:

  • Guests can also rent ski jackets and trousers to stay warm and comfortable on the slopes.
  • Consider renting a helmet for maximum safety on the track (depends on availability).
  • Extend a day with 3 or 4 hours of ski lessons in the day (morning & afternoon session).

About Our Instructors:
Our team consists of highly-qualified ski instructors, licensed by the Association of Trainers in Bosnia-Herzegovina (ATUS). Many are also sports education teachers with extensive experience in training children and adults in skiing and snowboarding.

Make the Most of Your Day:
After your lesson, your ski pass and rental equipment remain valid for the entire day, allowing you to enjoy the slopes until the lifts close.

Suggested Itinerary:

  • Departure from Sarajevo: 7:45 / 8:00 AM
  • Return from Jahorina: 3:30 / 4:30 PM (flexible & agreed on the day)

  • Beginners full-day ski pass (available to upgrade for regular ski pass if you are not a beginner)
  • 2 x Private Lessons (Lesson duration is 55 min)
  • Return to Sarajevo after the lifts close with flexible return time

Great Skiing Experience for Beginners at Jahorina with Ski Sarajevo

We had a great time with Ski Sarajevo during our visit to Jahorina. As beginners, we appreciated the 2-hour session with Davor, our instructor. He was patient and clear, which helped us feel more at ease on the slopes.

The journey to and from Jahorina was smooth, thanks to our driver, Alem. He was punctual, friendly, and approachable, making the trip comfortable. Alem also took the time to answer any questions we had and gave us some interesting insight into life in Bosnia, which added a personal touch to the experience.

The equipment provided was good quality, and the day was well-organized, allowing us to focus on enjoying the experience.

If you’re in Sarajevo and want to try skiing, we recommend Ski Sarajevo. The combination of good instruction, helpful drivers like Alem, and the lovely slopes at Jahorina made it a great experience for us as first-time skiers.
